Bad Breath Cures, Tips and Remedies

I brush my teeth twice a day and sometimes 3 times a day. I brush my tongue twice a day but I still have breath that isn’t all that pleasing. When I touch my tongue with my finger and smell it it smells bad. What is causing this bad breath and what can I do to fix it?
I do brush teeth & tongue “thoroughly”, upon waking & before going to bed. And am even told quite frequently of how white my teeth appear!
I brush twice daily & brush my tongue and everything.
Yet usually a little while after brushing, I get a terrible taste in my mouth and I can tell I have bad breath.
Help?
He has a little tiny nub where a tooth is attempting to appear. Other than that, there is absolutely nothing in there except gums and a tongue. 🙂 Can I brush his mouth? If so, what can I use?
He is a dental tech so he is very cleanly. He brushes constantly, his tongue too. (Uses rinses too). But a few mins after brushing it’s bad again.
We have tried mint teas, chloropyll drops and tablets but nothing has worked. Any other ideas that have worked for you or someone u know?? It could be stress, his sinus, and he eats ALOT of hot sauce and won’t quit. Help!
