He drinks Soy Formula from Good Start, and it makes his breath smell terrible. Is there anything I can do without having to change his formula? he’s on it because the doctor said he had an allergic reaction to the other stuff, so changing it is not an option. Thanks in advance. =)

Well, my breastfed babies never had bad breath, but I did wash their gums and tongue with a wet washcloth daily, as recommended by dentists. Have you tried this?

did your doctor actually test for allergy or did he just diagnose based on what you told him?
milk allergy – for obvious reasons – is extremely rare in the real world, notwithstanding the huge number of babies put on soya formula because they’re “allergic” (when they’re not).
one common issue with bottle feeding – especially if you’re propping him – is that formula backs up into the sinuses and causes infection. get him checked for that.
