  1. actually whe nyou get sinus iinfections it causes a drip to the back of your throat and that drip will cause the bad breath and it will take time to rid. also if you were on any nose sprays or antibiotics that can cause it too. watch what you eat because bad breath comes from your stomach

  2. Eat parsley and suck on a small piece of fresh sliced ginger.
Also, you can use a peroxide and water rinse once a day.
I recently saw a whole bunch of stuff on the shelf at the pharmacy near the teeth whitening stuff that claims to fight chronic bad breath.
You should probably see your Dentist or Doctor.

  3. Bad breath can be from many different reasons. It can be from foods you eat, how you cleanse your mouth and even from health conditions. If you are really good with your mouth care, you might want to address the issue with your dentist or doctor.

For mouth care…..I brush my teeth with safeguard soap, but toothpaste is OK too. I use soap because of it’s antibacterial properties and because I do not want to use fluoride. Anyway, after I brush my teeth, I floss. I then use a tongue scraper and clean my tongue. I take a small amount of cephacol (sp) mouthwash and I use these rubber tip picks and dip the picks in the mouthwash and put it between each tooth. I rinse for 30 seconds with the remaining mouthwash. This is my nighttime schedule.
