I have a bad taste in my mouth a lot of the day. When I wake up, before and after lunch, and in the evening. I brush my teeth and tongue in the morning every day. I have licked my hand and smelled it, and it doesn’t smell very pleasant. it’s not unbearable, from what I can tell, but I am always trying to talk away from people and not breathe on them because of it.

I know how that is. it seems no matter how much i brush and floss i still have a slight odor. Try rinsing with listerine when you brush that helps some.
Bad breath is caused by bacteria in your mouth so clean your mouth ALSO as nasty as it is eating boogers causes bad breath to because boogers are bacteria your nose hairs catch in the air you breath
use listerine and keep mints with you
recently they did a study and found that cinnamon flavored gum can fight bad breath causing bacteria, also mouthwash is a simple thing to use every day but it’s not a fix for the problem.
Carry a HUGE stash of breathmints around in your pocket. Visit my site!!!
Gargle a cup of lukewarm water mixed with salt or half a lemon juice. This is best done before going to bed. Chew parsley leaves, which are sure to keep your breath fresh. Put a few drops of tea tree oil on your toothbrush top it with toothpaste, and then brush your teeth. More useful remedies at
