you can get some dog breath mint things at pet stores
Go to your local Wal-mart and get her a “DENTA-BONE” it helps keep plaque off the teeth and freshens breath
Go to a vet doctor with the dog
try brushing her teeth with dog toothpaste
you could try brusshing his teeth or giving him a rawhide chew as another way of cleaning his teeth.

chewing usually gets rid of tartar and you can buy doggie breath fresheners

It might be the food too.
It is more than likely the food that you’re giving her, a lot of it is very rich. Try introducing more biscuits and replace some of the meat with vegetables to see if that helps.

Bad breath can also be a sign of low stomach acids, where there food is not being digested properly.
Try adding some fresh parsley leaves in his food, or cut some grass from outside & put that in there food, it’s good for there stomach & allows good bow movement.

Raw meats can cause bad breath too, it ok for them. But they need greens too.
Some dog foods, have all these things in them all ready, you just need to find out which ones.
